Need some Decal help.

Bought a new PC about three weeks ago and yesturday installed Decal. Everything installed fine and is up-to-date but Decal won't show up in game for what ever reason >.>. Using Win7, UAC is off and I know all the issues with admin permissions etc.

Installed all of that and it works perfect now, thanks for the help. I assume it was the lack of DX9 as this new graphics card is a DX11 card which comes pre-installed these days.
