Classic Lvling in Cata?

The whole world will essentially be changed. Does this mean new quest lines? New lowbie dungeons w/ the new 80-85 dungeons being converted? New lowbie flying mounts? Doubt I will level much with the expansion but interested in this change.

You really haven't read up about Cataclysm at all, have you?
I suggest going to http://www.mmo-champion.com/content/ and clicking on Cataclysm in the right hand corner.

I did a while back, but nothing recently, so yes I'm probably a cata noob. Also, I havent really cared til a couple days ago which is when i resubbed.

Yes. Some quests have remained the same but very very few.
New lowbie dungeons w/ the new 80-85 dungeons being converted?
No new lowbie dungeons. Most lowbie dungeons are getting makeovers but other than being shorter/easier, nothing new. For now the only old dungeons that are being revamped for 85 are heroic mode Deadmines and heroic mode Shadowfang Keep. The normal mode of those two dungeons will remain the same level they are now.
New lowbie flying mounts?
No. The Riding system remains the same. Old weather flying skill requires level 60 and costs 250g.
