Boards Archive] |
Welcome to the Vault Network
forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.
Please enjoy the archive.

A looting program that will pick up stuff off the ground (besides Lifetank).
I seem to remember a plugin a while back that picked up plants, but can't seem to find it now.
I want this for the Gear Knight area. Sometimes after a spawn is killed, an ore spawns instead of the critters. Gets to be a pain stopping the macro and picking them up all the time. Can't get my papers typed up like that.

FindIt! does a superb job of alerting you to terrain items. You can tell it to
alert you via chat window (shows coords to item), or a pop-up window (which
then allows you to click the item) or both. You can use exact match or
partial match names, so just entering "plant" and selecting "Has" instead
of "Exact" will alert you to all types you might run across. I also use
"Fallen" with "Has" and it makes it breeze to cruise through VoD and spot
any Fallen critters.
Finally, I also use it to quickly find things on the ground in dungeons where
a quest requires picking up a key or other item off the floor in a corner. You're
made aware of the item long before you get there, no fumbling with [ ] keys.
