Also, for those wondering, these Vendors have assorted reputation loot on them, ranging from IL3xx to 359 items, plus some mounts and such. I would take photos but I don't think Loot Wrangler works in Beta yet, so I can't just open a loot tab of all the loot into a single WoW window.
Incidentally, the new item level 200 is item level 359.

I usually get my plate boots to match but my belts are almost always leather and NOT matching X)

Epic (purple) did not begin at 213 in WoTLK. It started at 200 as previously stated.

I believe he's talking about the Epic achievement, which did indeed require ilvl 213+ epic gear.
