deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per

topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

i can get all other plugins to work but not alinco
ive uninstalled it reinstalled it i duno whats wrong

Disable all plugins except for alinco and see if you have the same problem. Disable the pimphand and darkside filter also.

3.5 is a req for alinco. 1.1 is a req for LifeTank. You'll have problems without it.

frameworks are independent. you must have the framework the particular app was built against for the app to run.
while version 2, 3 or 4 is later newer and has more goodies then say 1. if the app was built against 1 having 2, 3 and 4 does you no good when trying to use that app. it expects, nay DEMANDS the presence of 1 (or 1.1) to work.
so as you list of old aps that havent been redone goes you may find yourself having 1/1.1, 2, 3.5 and 4 all installed.
