Im not sure what Alinco.plugin is. In the decal export, Alinco should show up as Alinco3.

Also - it's not just Alinco that doesn't load in game, Radar Add-on and MiniMap do not work either when I have them loaded.

radarplugin and minimap aren't checked
plus they will not show up on the decal strip bar IG it is only visible when in a dungeon. like the screen shot above, BUT since they are unchecked they didn't load so won't show up on the radar screen
don't know where you got the alinco.plugin but I'd remove it completely and download alinco3 it is the right version number but should show up in decal as alinco3 not alinco.plugin wondering if you got a rebuilt trojan from someone???

they are checked and still dont work (i unechecked them for this), they also dont show up in dungeons either (i have used before)
also, i reinstalled my .net framework/alinco, shows up in decal as alinco3, still does not work...

decal won't show if .net framework 3 is installed as it predated 3, but 3 is required for alicno that is the only thing i can add at this time.
if 3 isn't installed then you will have some problems. not sure what Vbundle needs.

well then it is NOW time to post an updated export and this time use the location filter/option.
also re state the current problem as help isn't very discriptive. sure you originally mentioned alicno3 radar/mini werent loading, but then at the time of the export SS, 2 of the 3 were turned off.

Are you letting windows update run and update your system? .Net framework 3.5 would be one of the updates. Try running it and see if there are any updates to apply and apply any that are found. Do not skip any because it could be a pre-req for another update. If it makes you reboot your pc, run update again after the reboot until it tells you there are no more updates.

1) i don't see the locations included, and 2) only problem description I see is alinco3 isn't loading in on the decal bar.
YET i see that while you are having problems getting something to run you've managed to load a virus to your system - lifetank X.

That is THE ONLY PROBLEM, alinco is not loading on the decal bar/in game, that is the one problem i am trying to fix right now
I dont understand what you mean by the location filter? can you please enlighten me 
and yeah, Im having to use LTx instead of Vtank until I can get Alinco3 working.

It might of caused a problem when you tried to use a recompiled version of Alinco. Try uninstalling Alinco and then manually deleting the install directory under program files and deleting the alinco directory under my documents (my documents\decal plugsins\alinco). Then reinstall Alinco.

don't like the 2 vtank issues with the auto installer and the views. there is a views clean up utility on VIs website, while they probably make no sense in impacting why alinco3 won't show it is strange and probably needs to be repaired.
another option i can suggest is to go back and Uninstall alinco, delete the sub-directory and then make sure you delete it's registry entries (get someone famaliar with regedit to assist or you could hose things up greately). all of my alinco3 plugins are showing vrs 1.0.1.6 while yours is showing 1.0.1.9 so you may still be having a problem with that 're-complied' version with remanenats that didn't all get deleted (say as in the registry).

Try something for me Jet. I have heard of a few instances where skunkvision caused problems.
Completely uninstall it and then see what happens.
Edit: Also, when you install alinco, does it give you the option to install to c:/games, or are you having to change the install directory. I ask this because we had a guy who was installing to the default directory one time and then just moving the files over. This doesn't work.
Also, check here and make sure you have everything that you need for 7.....

I suggest this because not all programs let you change the install directory. If you HAVE to install something to the C:/ directory, disabling the UAC will allow the program to write to the directory.

Have tried everything on this thread so far (uninstall/reinstall, skunvision ,etc) nothing has worked.
The plugins that wont load in game are : Alinco3, Everything else loads fine.

Where did you get that version of Alinco? Looking on the developers website its showing a different version than you have.
The latest on the website is 1.0.1.8, but you have 1.0.1.9.

as you say net framework 3.5 is installed so that shouldn't be a problem
ONE issue i had seemed to be the order that stuff was installed. I had alinco3 installed early and it showed up IG on the decal strip but VTank didn't recognize that it was installed for the alinco.los connection.
I de-installed and then re-installed alinco3 and that cleared the issue. as you had that weirdness of using some recomplied version i'm wondering if you don't also have some registery issues. MY last suggestion would be to de-installed alinco, delete the entire folder and then regedit hkey_local_machine, software, decal, plugins and ensure that any entry for alinco has been totally removed.
then reinstall alinco3, yes the web site shows 1.08 and installed it reads 1.0.9

You need to be extremely careful when you delete anything out of the registry. The wrong thing deleted will have you reinstalling/fixing Windows.
Hit the start button and type in the search bar...RegEdit....once that is open, navigate to.....
hkey_local_machine, software, decal, plugins
then find anything related to alinco and delete it.
Edit: You will need to delete any instance of this too......{ED1645F2-7BE3-44C0-8677-F64252F79309}
Edit edit: Is there a reason you wanna use alinco and not the built in looter with vtank? If you want, I will send you my loot profile for vtank. Has pretty much everything you are going to ever need to loot, and once you have a good example, making new entries is pretty simple.

only problem i see in that export is all the LTx/thirst stuff which may or may NOT be causing problems.
nothing else there shows any reason why alinco3 shouldn't be loading/displaying since you say net framework 3.5 is installed.
