Wanting to play AC again.

Hi, I played AC from about 2 months after beta ended through roughly some time in 2002. I doubt anyone remembers me but my characters were Kamehameha and Arthur Swift, I played on HG and was in the guild Order of the Shadow. Oddly enough about a week ago I had a really vivid dream about AC and it brought back so many awesome memories and ever since I can't stop thinking about the urge to play again.
Now to my point, I'm just curious how many people still play frequently these days. It has been so long since I last played AC, I've forgotten all my old account info etc. So if I do decide to go buy the game and start over again I don't want to log into a relatively empty server. Would it be worth my time to buy the game and start over again? AC was my first ever MMO and also my favorite. I've played several other MMO's since but none have ever compared to how much fun I had playing AC.

I came back after a few years and am having lots of fun. Populations are pretty low and it seems everyone has a lvl200+ char but don't focus on grinding. Quests offer lots of xp and the hub quests get you into the game pretty quick. If you get sick of grinding make a goal and go after it. I made a composite bow when I got bored and rejuvenated me a bit. Most of the cool stuff is geared for 150+ but there is plenty to do until then. Try the free trial and see for yourself. Look me up on HG as Abu Hrod if you decide to try it out.

AC will never be what it once was! =o(
I started playing in early 2000... till about late 2003...
Those were the good old golden years of AC. =(

Nevertheless, there is fun to be had. HG has a couple of active guilds...the Icefalcons are the remnants of the old Elminster clan. Good group of active people.
