Melee Leveling/Questing for 2010!

So the Melee Leveling Guide up at the top is from 2003-2004, and I'm guessing a lot has happened in the past 7 years. I've heard "quest until 50" as the main advice given on the official forums.
So here's my story: I plan on leveling two characters - one to get to high level quickly so I can do big boy stuff with my guild mates, and another character to level more slowly as a duo along with my RL friend, taking in the quests and whatnot as we go.
So I'm really looking for 2 things: a "power level" guide that assumes access to a buff bot for a mostly solo player, and then a more general guide to leveling without a buff bot. If anyone knows where I can find information on either, I'd really appreciate it. If not, I'd appreciate any suggestions for either. I don't have the mindset to solo farm indoor areas full of the same mob for very long, so I'll probably make the effort to hunt outdoor areas appropriate for the level whenever possible as long as the experience is somewhat competitive.

Facility Hub quests + Pincers + Tusks = 1-50
Wisps (Crystalline Crag) + Pincers + Tusks = 50-130
EO/PotB 130+
idk where after that
Leveling has been very streamlined in today's AC.

Hey is this the Arcilite I that played on Wintersebb? I recognize your name. Didn't you run around with Locke? I havent played in about 10 years and am just getting back into it myself. My character on WE was Vain. I was Spec life/ctitter/magic d and had to get War at 90 back then. Made for tough levelling. With the facility quests today I got a few characters to 50 in a couple hours each. This game sure has changed.
I wanna try some different templates, but it still seems like a "Mages Rule" game so far

Need a slight correction:
Vis 130 - 140 *Needs quest to flag you for access* (not sure where else might be better, but run around this place collecting gold trophies 6+mil each to turn in ontop of the xp you get for killing) (oh, and take a group with you, hehe)
EO/PotB 140+ (portal is restricted to 140+)
