Traditionally it is a big cookout/picnic day.
What are you guys planing on doing?
Taking the kids swimming and Grilling and working on my Saab for me.
Probably going to make
Ribs and Brats
Corn
Red Potato Salad or maybe coleslaw.
and probably make a Strawberry Rhubarb Pie too

Party at a friends house Sunday for watching the race! Then the cook out at Mom's on Monday.
