We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but

I had decal working before update ... and now after it doesnt ...
I tried to uninstall it ... reinstall ... repair
Removed all the programs i could but theres still a few

Also get message even if ac is closed saying
A File being updated is in use - close programs and try again.
tried closing everything even from task manager and still get message ... any ideas?

I just noticed you run portaltank. That program is stolen from another plugin dev and I won't help anyone using plugins from portal.

if u could help me get rid of that i would do it in a second
when i uninstalled that plugin it stayed in decal and wouldnt remove completely
so i had to reinstall it to let decal run properly ... i dont want it cause i dont
trust the source its from but i couldnt do anything about it ... hope u can help me

Good answer. I'm surprised that anyone is ignorant enough to run PTank after what was learned about it.
I strongly suggest that you run a thorough virus scan.

Dal, close decal, right click and run as admin then update it. Even if you haven't had to do it in the past.
