We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but

The latest version causes me to crash, so if anyone has a DL for it or the .exe files that they can host that'd be greatly appreciated.

Disable psFilter. If you're not using PortalTank you don't need it; and it wouldn't surprise me if that's causing your crashes. If you're still getting crashes after that, let me know.

Ah yeah I know that's not causing my crashes, because I just DL'd it yesterday and put it on there to test something. I've been having the crashing problem way before I even did that.

Understandable.
Well as soon as I log out and enter portal space it will give me a DirectX error and say make sure I have DX9.0+ installed. I am running W7Ult, but if I turn off Radar Addon I can then log out w/o a problem.
