	I love black eye peas and this is a good excuse to make them, especially when I have a left over ham bone. I'm going to the store today, they'll have fresh shucked peas, not in a can. They're damn good! I'll pick a lot up and will cook them for lunch at work for the next too weeks. But for new years, it's going to be something great that I've never made before.
