The dude xeon has locked the the lt forums down, cant blame him, and has released a file dump of the source. A dsw workspace would of been nice.
I would like to continue with the developement of ltank ( I have lots of spare time) but the last dev is not making it easy, so I may look else where.
I've always been a modifier and addon type of dev, I dont know if I could start it from scratch!
Looks like tank is done for, unless someone can get me going in the right direction

I'm surprised that it took him that long to lock the forums.. he hasn't done anything with it since August of 2008 (shortly after Paraduck and C'relic stopped support of LTxi). As for someone converting it over to MS Visual C++.. I doubt it. VTank is just as good as LTx was.. Only thing that I can see that it doesn't have is fellowship recruiting... Oh.. and all of the memory leaks and incompatibilities with Vista and Win7 (without registering an out of date winsock).

I thought that LTX was written in VB6? The 'engine' source sure is in VB6.

ah yes i knew that i just know know the other but ill bet i could learn vb6 just as easy
code script html is all the same abunch of lil engines that meake up abigger one
like i said i have lots of time

LOl i will probably but i want somthing that works that im familar with as i have not worked in this form yet
what about vtank? if vtank had 2 things more i would be very interested in playing with it, the things being log on death and auto fellow
