I planned dinner this week for budget reasons, yours looks so yummy!!!
Here's mine
Tuesday: Baked Ziti and garlic bread
Wednesday: MeatLoaf, Mashed Potatoes, Green beans
Thursday: Pork Tenderloin, Butter Potatoes, Sweet Corn
Friday: Hamburger soup and Buttered Bread of some sort
Saturday: Leftover day
Sunday: Roast Beef, carrots and potatoes
I also had to plan snacks and such, I never realized what a chore it can be to make sure you plan ALL of it!!!

I'll be over every night except Wed - not a meatloaf fan. The rest sounds yummy tho
And budget meals would be nice ... I spent close to $120 for the meals above. It's not too bad though - works out to roughly $15/meal.
