Apple pie. I suck at pastry dough so I'm forcing myself to make a pie. Made a cherry pie last week, it was a disaster. I left it in the oven for 20 minutes and it should have been in 40 minutes. 
I'm going to grill something. I can't make up my mind what though.
Spinach pasta. I think I"ll freeze it. Dono, might get some shrimp and make scampi.

Friday night, we brought all the fixings for homemade pizza over to grandma and grandpa's house. They think they should invite us over for pizza more often 
Saturday and Sunday, I made brats and hotdogs on the grill but we didn't have any company, just our family for a nice relaxing weekend. We went to see the new Ice Age movie and had popcorn and yesterday we went to grandma and grandpa's for a pancake and egg breakfast.
I don't know how, but I managed to lose two pounds over the weekend - must have been the exercise.
