What's the easiest way to dry herbs?

Thanks to all the lovely rain we've had the last month, my herb garden has exploded. No way I'll use it all, so I figured I'd dry it and store it.

It's quite simple but it can take a couple weeks. Here's the method I have used in the past with good results: http://gardening.about.com/od/vegetablepatch/a/DryingHerbs.htm

Blah, that's work lol Who knew these little plants would turn into monsters. On a plus side, my tomato plant FINALLY has some tomatoes. Only two, but still.

It's really not a lot of work: cut, clean, bundle, and hang in a bag. If you don't have a good place to hang them or the patience to wait a week or two then I can understand. If you do try it though you will find they taste a lot better than store bought herbs as most of those are mechanically dried and some have added preservatives and flavoring agents.

Benito's right. It's not that much work and the results are far superior to anything you will ever buy in a jar.
