Well unfortunately we just recently found out that user submitted icons cannot be animated 
I guess for now just pop the smaller image into the Icon Submission page, and when they fix the problem upload the megaicon

I uploaded the 80x80 for you kedz but for future reference you can upload them yourself.
Just go to the icon base and search your name and you'll find it
Edit:
Forgot to mention, animation isn't working though with the changes I upload the icons the same way regular users do so... It is being worked on though!
