I occasionally make breakfast on the weekends, but there's not a chance in hell of that happening on a weekday.

Yeah I am kind of in the same boat as Lynea. The weekends it is Homemade Pancakes or Scrambled Eggs with Sausage, Green Peppers, and Onions Mixed in. Something along those lines. Weekdays... Cereal for the kids. Coffee for me and I am at work.

2 biscuits, 2 fried eggs (runny yolk), and 3 strips of bacon * Delay timer to have oven pre-heated right before I get up. * Throw biscuits & oven (take 20 min) and hit the bathroom. Pillsbury has some *awesome* biscuits in the frozen food section. Way better than the canned crap. They're as good as scratch. * Microwave the bacon. I've got that down to an art. It comes out as good as bacon in a cast iron skillet. * Eggs take no time at all.

We haven't had cold cereal in 6 weeks.
Here's our usual breakfast fare:
Sunday: Gingerbread pancakes
Monday: leftover gingerbread pancakes (my recipe makes around 30-40 pancakes, so we freeze the extra and heat them up the next day)
Tuesday: Toast or oatmeal and juice
Wednesday: Applesauce Cinnamon muffins or apple chip muffins/juice
Thursday: Pancakes
Friday: eggs/bacon/bagels
Saturday: French Toast
Everything except the eggs/bacon can be done with long term food storage ingredients
