I noticed this last night also it would say healing but he would not heal.

stinks I say, its happening on 2 different characters as well.. one on MT one on SC both named St Germaine..lol its my hybrid char on both servers, he is Xbow and Dagger on MT and UA and Bow on SC both heal just fine on melee, but as soon as I cross over to archer they just stand there not doing anything...
so I have to set emegency heal item up close to the reg healing one... and I know my settings are checked properly as well
