keep trying to get decal to run, and tried everything else here, and i still get this message...

Ummm .. see the install.log file for more details .... ? 
If it is nor too large, copy/paste it here. I'm thinking we have seen this before and I cant remember what it was.

Same problem trying to install AC/Decal on VMWare.
I went here for the MSI and it worked fine.

the core server is still not online, so it cannot install the DXSetup files. You'll have to install it manually.
