We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Decal Error: Invalid Text to Encrypt Passed to Crypt Function

I get that error when logging in and none of my Decal plugins will work. When I exit, I get this error msg.
.NET-BroadcastEventWindow.2.0.0.0.378734a.0: ACClient.exe - Application Error
The Instrucion at "0x7c90100b" referenced memory at "0x00000014". The memory could not be "read".
I only get the error when logging in one character. Decal will work when I play other characters, but I still get the error when closing AC.
I have uninstalled Decal, all plugins, .Net 1.0, 1.1, and 2.0. This is my export, which says I don't have 1.0 installed, but I've tried multiple installs of it, SP3, and Decal, none of which will fix it or have it show up as being installed.
