I cant get my decal to work yet, im running windows Vista, anyone know whats up?

I've had no troubles running Decal since I've been on Vista. Just install it outside your programs directory (same with all plugins) and run as admin for each decal update.

I'm running it as well with the 64x version. No problems to speak of. Not putting it in the default directory was a big help.
