Not completely set on a menu, but I do have a rack of ribs to cook up. Thinking of doing some grilled veggies and baked beans as well.

We're smoking a couple of racks of ribs (wet). I got some jazzed up baked beans with onion, bell pepper, etc. The other side dish is broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, and a sweet & sour sauce. For dessert, we've got some no sugar added peaches in ramekins and a butter & yellow cake crumble sprinkled over the top. I would love to have some potato salad & roasted corn, but I'm trying to keep it semi-carb friendly.

We grilled cheeseburgers outside the motor home overlooking a beautiful river in Fairbanks, Alaska! The weather was perfect, the drinks were strong and the company was awesome

I grilled hamburgers, fabulous chicken and pineapple sausages and cheese dogs, and we had some left overs from the BBQ the Sunday before. It was very simple but delicious meal. It was very quiet and peaceful. NO DRAMA
yes <3
We went to the River walk to see the fireworks they supposedly put on a good show. Well with this year being the 4th was on a Friday the B Street Bash was going on as well. They didn't do the fireworks till 11 pm. We were already home and had ours done off by then so we didn't get to see the show. My son got me some mortar shells, I love those; and he got a 300 round shooter popper along with some pop bottle rockets and roman candles. We enjoyed our simple show. I love those mortar shells they do the pretty stars and showers of color.
