Sweet potato fries - honey mustard (homemade, as well) to dip with
Caesar salad
Boy was it good!

I used the Cooking Light recipe. Has green peppers (used red), onion, ground beef, tomato sauce, tomato paste, mustard, chili powder, black pepper, salt, sugar, and oregano.
I used a whole small can of tomato paste as opposed to 1/4 cup they call for.

Sweet potato fries are definitely good. Another alternative is rutabaga fries. They've got a nice sweet taste, but they're very low in carbs. I've had good luck frying them as well as baking.

Do you do those just like you would normal potatoes? I've often heard of the better nutritional value from using them, but I still haven't tried. Also, I'm guessing you baked them?

Yeah, you prepare sweet potato fries just like a normal potato. They're absolutely incredible.
I bake them, but be sure you leave room around each fry so they crisp up or they might get soggy. You can sprinkle kosher salt on them, but I remember seeing someone sprinkle them with brown sugar, salt, cayenne, and cinnamon, so I tried it, and wow.....very yummy!!

I fry mine. Parboil until they're opaque on the outside then fry until done. Sprinkle with salt when they come out of the oil then enjoy!
