Be aware these are mostly untested and there were significant changes to the client this month.
The protocol was updated to take into account the new functionality of "cooldowns". Flynn has posted a write-up about the issue over on the ACDev forums Here for developers to read. This will require changes in some plugins which may break some of them.
If you have issues, please report them here and/or to the #ACDev Channel and/or the ACDev Forums.

Just a heads-up with AC+; With this new patch, the debuff hud will crash your client if you have a cooldown active while it's open. I'll get a fix out as soon as I can, but it's currently half way through a fairly major update, and I'm very low on free time right now. All I can suggest if you use the hud is to temporarily disable it for 30 seconds whenever you use your pre-order gems.

I am not aware of any issues with Dual Client. Patch shouldn't have broke it.

Close AC first. You may want to restart Decal just in case as well.

Ac is closed and I have restarted it decal. I'm going to try to reinstall decal and lifetank then try to update.

Ok I think I know what my problem was. I always forget that my machine is running vista so I need to run decal as admin  .
