ISO Help with Mule Trade It

I was running mule trade it for about 7 months with no problems, about a month ago I logged in & all my prices & inventory were blank, I redid it & logged out. Logged in & it was gone again, come to find that it will save no info at all, not prices, not packs, not messages, not points,,,,nothing. I have uninstalled & reDLd both mule trade it & decal several times trying to fix the problem with no luck. I only run mule trade it & Alinco & Alinco is working fine. I turn off Alinco & is no help.
I have decal 2.9.6.0
Mule Trade It 0.0.0.368
Directx 9
msxml 6.9
framework 2.0
P4, ATI 128 graphics card, high speed phone line dsl connection
In the plug-in list Version 1 Pulgin Surrogate has a red x instead of a check mark.
Any help will be greatly apprecitated, thank you

I would try uninstalling the plug-in, then manually delete the folder it was installed in. I think its stored in c:\program files\gouruware\tradeit
then reinstall.

Mine was broke way before this last down time. I did & have rescaned packs & added in prices prolly 15 times now, I even went in & IDd each item individually, still no help.
I have manually & in add/remove programs uninstalled both mule trade it & decal several times, no help.

No, I am using XP Pro. Nothing in my comp changed (meaning hardware or software) when the problem started. It worked for at least 6 mos then one day all info was gone & now each time I put it in, as soon as I log out its gone. Could some wierd virus be causing this?

same problem here. fresh install, rescanned my packs set prices, log off and nothing is saved. no prices, adds, or anything I set.
