I believe it works just like the ring around the rabbit spell. If you can post the line change I would appreciate it.

I don't know if this will work, but Craftbot has a way to ID items. There is probably an easier way than installing craftbot, but I don't know how off hand.

I had to make a dump of all spells while developing LootTracker, thus:
Spectral Flame = 4208
Icy Torment = 2136

Thank You YewWanSum, but what does the icon= ? In the below example they have different icon=
<spl=Horizon's Blades><type=6><sch=1><lvl=6><elemt=0><id=1784><icon=100670724><desc=Shoots eight blades outward from the caster. Each blade does 40-80 points of slashing damage to the first thing it hits.>
