Boards Archive] |
Welcome to the Vault Network
forum archive.
This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.
Please enjoy the archive.

This is a required upgrade to continue using web features.
Bug Fixes:
- Resolved some Vista compatibility issues.
- Smoky Quartz now works properly.
- Race requirement tinkering fixed.
You can get the latest version here!
Important notes for upgrading users: All XML and output files are now located in your Documents\Paraduck\CraftBot folder. In order to use your old settings, please do the following:
1) Uninstall CraftBot.
2) Install the version above.
3) Copy your XML files from your installation directory (C:\Program Files\Paraduck\CraftBot by default) to one of the following locations, depending on your operating system:
Windows XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\My Documents\Paraduck\CraftBot
Windows Vista:
C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Paraduck\CraftBot
Finally, a bug with the Smoky Quartz recipe in recipes.xml was corrected. To get the corrected version of the recipe, see this thread.

Umm, where would Windows 2000 users place thier configuration files?
I love the plug-in btw and a number of my clannies use the resultant bot availability which I thank you for.

Thanks.
As for Win 2K, I forget where the Documents folder is stored off the top of my head. I *think* it's the same as XP.
To be sure, install the new version and search for recipes.xml, you should find both your old and new folders.

So I'll just need to copy my modified xml into a /paraduck/craftbot folder in My documents folder?

Yes. That folder will be created when you install the version above.
