Two questions Decal and LT

Tried to load up last night and must have missed something and having two issues....
Decal - I get all this flashing... buttons come and go... boxes flash... it is like going crazy on the screen. You can still see it but it is like it is freaking out. I tried changing resolution to no avail. Any thoughts?
LT - just keeps trying to buff my wand... says it is doing herm6 but just keeps saying that over... and over... and over... and even lands it and still keeps going...

the decal problem is probably due to low graphic memory, I think at least
and with lifetank, try doing '/unfilter -magic' or '/unfilter -all'

It was on my laptop.... can't remember how much RAM it has in the vid card.... maybe I should play with the video settings... maybe less colors or something... ok will try that... thanks

unfilter worked great... thank you sir... only got to play with it a little though so got to see how this thing works and make sure I got all the right spells and such.... didn't get to try the graphics but I bet you that is the case since it is my laptop.

most likely, laptop and low memory.
laptops that 'share' memory instead of an actual video card with memory are the worst (in the sense for playing AC)
then add a known memory pig like LT into the mix and all bets are off.
