I had the same problem using the Update button but the update utility prog worked fine.

the server is still caching data.
unfortunately until the next DenAgent release at earliest, I don't expect it to get fixed anytime soon
this problem happens EVERY patch day. People try to get the memlocs before they're ready, and end up caching the data for the day.
PLEASE wait until the Memlocs Up post before clicking Update so that you can avoid these problems.

EDIT: I got the memloc's from a friend and put it in my decal 3.0 directory and still have red x's is there anything possible i can do or maybe get other files that will help from my friend?
EDIT#2: I got him to send me all the xml's and it worked for me...
