LT ingame commands

I was wondering what all the possible ingame lifetank commands are that you can issue to someone or to a fellow to get a response. IE. is there a way to send a !comp or whatever msg to get everyone to report comps or anything. So far the only ging i can see use is auto-fellowship by sending password to someone, normally "xp". Just wondering so I could find out if I need to give someone comps or something.

only ones i know are /t commands to the char... ie: #cmdmacro report (reports his xp to you in a tell, and #cmdmaco comps (reports comp status) make sure answer in-game lt commands is clicked.
Would be nice to have a reset xp option.

is there any command for stop and start the macro? or is there any key i can press to start and stop the macro?
for example #cmdmacro start and #cmdmacro stop
?
mabye its a standard key binding, so i can start and stop the macro with a keystroke ?
anyone?
