GoArrow problem

Guys help needed.
Trying to install GoArrow 1.2.0.1 but when I start the game it doesn't show in decal bar and I get a lot of errors in my chatscreen.
I have this with and without other plugs active. Afaik i have everything updated .NET 2, Windows installer 3.1 and decal build 8.
It says it is installed correctly and it shows in the decal pluglist with version number.
Also when i type chat in the chatbox it gives me a GoArrow error..
Any ideas how to solve this?

As you can see i reinstalled GoArrow 1.1.0.1 because that ones works as long as I loop arround the known bugs. I you want i can install 1.2 but i think it will show the same except for that line.

I don't know if it will fix your issue, but MSXML3 is a few versions out of date
