Started having issues with the buffing feature on Lifetank XI. I have deleted and reinstalled new versions of both decal and lifetank.
Anyone know of any issues with this and possible solutions?

Have you tried it without all those other plugins loaded?
Also, when you uninstalled, did you also try to delete the C:\Program Files\Lifetank X directory?
And, have you installed all the prereq's (MSScript, MSXML4 to name a few)
