I think the new version of Alinco is great.

Though I have a couple of problems:

o No matter what I enter for the search criteria it id's certain people as a bow. It also id's bows correctly but it gets annoying when the person it is id'ing as a bow is in your fellowship.

o You can not change the mana level for id'ing manatanks.

o It will not id my silk kasa no matter what I try. It doesn't id is as armor or clothing.

Also, if it was possible I would love a mute function. wink

I get the bow problem although it sometimes shows corpses as crossbow as well.

I posted about the mute request, you can just move/delete the wav files that are in C:\Program Files\Decal Plugins\Alinco\wav to "mute" it.

Tarajen,

Thanks for the reply. I'm glad I'm not the only one having trouble with this.

Last time I tried deleting the .wav files on a plugin I got an error so I did not think to try this on Alinco. I appreciate the tip.

Though it would be cool if it just had a mute button. wink

I just moved them to a new folder and Alinco works fine. Just no sounds because that salvage tone gets really annoying after a while.
