Runtime Error '429'...Help?

When trying to start Mule Trade It, i can set points and greetings. But, when i try to price items, I get that error and ac shuts down. "Runtime Error '429': ActiveX component can't create object" followed by, of course "Acclient has encountered a problem and needs to close".
I've been searching for fixes to this on Google, but its just coming up with some stuff I really dont undersatnd. A few forums give a link to a download fix and instructions on how to fix and run the updates, but I dont get it.
Im not computer illiterate, but not a genious, either. If anyone can help me out with this, that would be great.

Post an export. Most of the time this error means that a graphical application was not installed correctly. I suspect you are missing one the other required packages.

I uninstalled and reinstalled everything, Decal, LTxi, and Mule Trade It! But I'm still get the 429 runtime error. Should i post a new export list of what I got on there now? I really dont know how to solve this issue. Any help is appreciated.

I used that link. There were 5 files that had "download" next to them. Downloaded 4 of them, the other brought up some page I didnt understand. If there was something else on that link I was supposed to download, let me know. Im going to uninstall and reinstall mule trade it again and see how that goes.

I was suggesting you update your MSXML 3.0 SP2 to SP5. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=4a3ad088-a893-4f0b-a932-5e024e74519f&DisplayLang=en
You already have MSXML 4.0 SP2 installed.
Your LifeTank XI, 11.6.0.6 is outdated... current version 11.7.0.1 http://www.lifetankxi.com/
Looking up Tree Stats 2 on AC Heaven, I thought you needed
ver 0.1.6.4 but its website says "So, I finally got everything moved over to a new server! Unfortunately, we can't get the treestats.akilla.net domain to point to it. This means that you need to downgrade back to 0.1.6.3 to use treestats again. Sorry.  "
So MSXML3 and LifeTank seem to be the only things to update. Be sure you install ALL required files for your plugins.
