We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in

Causes LTxi to unload. Please help! I've tried reinstalling and updating everything, and same error. Never happened on my main computer, but happens on the laptop

first start off by reading the sticky threads.
secondly, if you're having issues with decal or any of the plugins for decal, always post an export with your support request.

a couple things I see..
1) you have both ELTank AND LifeTank enabled.....
2) you only have 64 MB or Video RAM.
put those two things together, and while it wouldn't necessarily cause THIS problem, I do believe it will cause problems.
hoepfully someone else can assist with the exact error you're getting
