usually you have to donate to the individual devs if you feel like contributing.
I know how hard this is since you don't want to leave anyone out, and it's hard to donate based on work done because most of the outsiders don't see any amount of what the work involved is, and who does that work.. also.. lately time commitments have kept a lot of the normal contributors busy and they haven't been able to do nearly as much work as they usually do.
Which is why we don't have a central donation point. We wouldn't even really be able to divide it evenly amoung ourselves.. which is why we have said if you want to donate, donate to each dev individually, then there is no biased or other basis on which the donations are to be divided.
You can find most of the dev's donation links on the main pages of their websites (which I won't list to be accurately fair to everyone).
Check out the Decal forums, and DecalDev.com to find out which devs you want to donate to, and then basically go hunting for their donation links.. usually a google search or two can pull up the homepage for a developer, or you can also usually look in their ACDev forum profile, or their VNBoard profile to find the links as well.
Good luck.. if you feel like making a list of donation points, that would be helpful to others wishing to donate as well, without providing a biased from the decal devs themselves. Sorry I can't be of more help, but in the interest of fairness to all Decal Devs, it wouldn't be right.

I've been donating to the devs of the programs I have been using for a while and I will continue until I can't  . I just wanted to shoot some "coffee" the way of Decal cause I know its got to be a rough road to travel especially when patch day arrives....
