i know tank does it but it finds all unknowns. i'l looking for a plugin that just finds 7's. also would be nive to have a setting to find all unknowns on other toons or maybe a all spell setting......... thx for your time and help

Find It! will find unkown scrolls, tho only for the char. you are on at the time. You can select which lvls of scrolls you want, only 7's if you wish. You can also select which school of magic, so if you're not a mage you can filter out wars for example.
There used to be some plugins that would tell you which spells you didn't have. I don't know if any still work, but if you find one and can make a list you COULD if you wanted type in the list of the scrolls you need for other chars, since Find It! will look for items by name.

I was a bit incorrect on the FindIt! finding unknown scrolls on the toon you are on ONLY.
well kind of true if what I meant was all that is needed is check find unknown scrools of school (check desired) and set min spell level ie 5 for only 5+ scrolls.
FindIt! WILL find scrolls for any of your OTHER toons, IF and it's a big IF you enter the NAME of each scroll in as a Trophy. Which means a lot of work AND knowning the name of the missing spell(s).
So my first reply was slightly incorrect, but for the general purposes of the question asked basicly correct.

Oops sorry Gouru. Didn't want to suggest misuse of a plugin.
I've never macro'ed or had Tank installed, so your licensing restriction tends to blow right past me each time I reinstall it

Scroll Watcher seems to work fine, it's a simple command line plug-in that will track all your character's scrolls and will notify you across accounts and characters.
It seems to trigger for 7's, rings ect, and dispells for me so far. You need to set it to ignore mules and such.
