Added Pea Splitting
Added appending XP onto kill messages
Added Spell Expiration Filtering
Added 0 Damage filtering
Added Self Evade Filtering
Added complevel (for low comp warning threshold)
Added splitlevel (for splitting threshold)
Added choice to modify spell comp burn messages, or filter them completely out. (Low Comp Warning, AND splitting will both still work if either option is checked)
Probably added other filter options that I can't remember.
Improved chat filtering performance
Removed the scrolling list, and changed options to check boxes.
Remember to uninstall the previous version before installing the new one.

i installed the program and it shows up in decal as no dll and wont work

I would say post an export, but to cover most of the bases I am guessing that one of the following are true:
a) didn't uninstall the beta .NET 2.0 Framework, install the RTM version of the .NET 2.0 Framework, then intall Decal, and plugins - if this is the case, uninstall Decal, uninstall the beta .NET 2.0 Framework, and uninstall the plugins. Install the RTM .NET 2.0 Framework, re-install Decal, and re-install the plugins.
or
b) installed the .NET 2.0 Framework after installing Decal - uninstall and re-install decal and plugins
or
c) don't have the .NET 2.0 Framework installed at all. - uninstall decal and plugins, install RTM .NET 2.0 Framework, re-install Decal, and re-install plugins
