The billing site is down. I imagine it has something to do with Authentication.

Billing has been down all weekend. Toady:Monday it is scheduled to be down with the weekly maintenance. I am frustrated.

The problem with patching may or may not be related. empty your temp internet files and try again. and double check that you dont have a firewall blocking the launcher as som firewalls need to have the launcher re-authorized every patch.

I ran into this issue over the weekend with one of my PCs that had not downloaded this month's patch. For me it was a Turbine problem. The server that downloads the new client was not operational. I was able to get in tonight nicely on that troublesome PC. Of course it took a few minutes to download the client and then wait for the 1 meg patch to arrive.

I am getting this after they have done the billing maintenance today. I shut Decal off and everything works peachy
Did they do something that is breaking decal again?

Actually I deleted a file called patchcache.bin file and tried again. It worked!
