Red X on Imp Filter V2- version 2905

What Decal component do I update to correct this? None that I can find are called Imp Filter!! I ran a search too on this board and didn't find anything pertaining to that. I'm crashing 100% of the time when I click on Eltank to bring up the screen to buff. Just hoping upgrading the Imp Filter might maybe fix it:)

As critical as I have been towards you Drakier...I feel your pain. Over and over being asked questions that have been answered, trying to teach people how to look up the answers and they still just come and post the same question that a simple search would have answered.
