ELTank has a Tinkerbot along with it's BuffBot. It's basic, but growing.

Elgar no offense but your little program has grown into a huge monster - why don't you just specialize on making smaller things work better instead of trying to do everything and having more things that don't work well.?

They all work perfectly well. Heck Castaway was even based of ELTank source code (I talked with OB a fair bit at the begining and provided the buffing code he started from).
I like everything in one plugin. ELTank is all I use and all I've used for years now.
You really need to make your mind up, one minute your bashing people for using castaway because ELTank is easier to buff. Now your bashing tank for being big.
Big isn't bad, and ELTank isn't supposed to be specialized. The main reason I started writing ELTank was because I was fed up with plugins being over complex.
I wanted to do a few ticks, press start and bingo. Not spend hours configuring different profiles for this, that and the other.

it would be nice if eltank usting would salvage multiple materials at once, i dont understand why lifetank does and eltank doesnt. not that it really matters anyways. keep up the good work, most of us appreciate it

If you want to get on someone about something start your own thread please. Trying to get information here that I can help others with not point out what you may or may not like about this or that, thanks.
I agree with Elgar's thinking, why run 10 plugins when I can run 1 and use the parts of it that I choose. Just because a person runs any tank doesn't mean they are UCMing.
I'll check out the tinker part of El Tank.
Anyone seen anything about a salvage bot?
I've done the 4 aug and have spec'd salvaging, be nice to be able to have that toon available to allegiance members when I'm not online playing. Have been doing up the salvage now when I'm at the mansion but some members get backed up on it pretty bad or don't feel like "bothering" me with it, bot would help alot.

Eltank great plug-in. It is the only one I use since it has all things I need in one. Only thing I wish it would do was equip my majors for tinker bot part. I am grateful for all hard work done on it.

Castaway was based on several plugins/code floating around. OB took code from here, code from there, etc.

At one stage just before the expansion I had managed to talk the author of Tinkerbot into writing a plugin called salvagebot, even talked him into joining our allegiance on Leafcull. Unfortunately just after he agreed to do it, he was looking for a new project, he meet one of those darn real life women and as far as I know for him AC is now a minor consideration. If he ever logs back into the game again I will attempt to get him interested in the project again, but until then it is manual salvaging for other people with my salvage guy.

I like how Eltank salvages each item when its picked up now.
It would be cool to have a plug that provides Alchemy, Cooking, Fletching, Tinkering and Salvaging Services.

I would also like to see a salvaging bot. My axer has max spec/+100% salvaging, and I'm getting sick of people waiting for me to log in, so they can get me to tinker 4 packs of items for them...
