eltank won't buff?

I just installed the latest versions of decal, eltank, and everything else required. I setup eltank but when i hit forcebuff self creature/life it says "Forcebuff creature/life activated" and then does nothing. Did I do something wrong? I selected all the spells and everything I want buffed and my skill is high enough to cast the skills according to the skill threshold settings. Thanks.
Also, I'm on Buff only mode.
Or if someone could suggest a plugin that works well for buffing/baning that would be great too as it's all I need eltank for. Thanks.

Not positive about this but do you have ALL levels of stamina to mana and revitalize? I think you have to have them all.
One other thing you have hit the start button and have the bot in combat mode? I know this is silly but I have had more then one person tell me they couldnt get it to do anything when they hit the self force button lol only to find out they hadn't hit start.

My rebuff timer was set to never. I assumed that was for autorebuff but I guess I was wrong because forcebuff wouldnt' work unless I set it to some value. I got it working, thanks for your reply.
