Many get jumpy because the same questions get asked over and over, and the answers are available if the person asking them took a little time to look for them. The stickies in this forum are a good place to start.
And that reply was nothing, people here can get much worse then that.

Gotta realize, some people have a complete lack of control. Even after the question has been answered, some feel the need to flame people. BTW, this is IGNs board, not anyone elses. So you have every right to post here (within the rules) as anyone else. Mistakes are just that, but personal attacks are still against the rules.

Did I miss something here?
Decal 3 Alpha 5(b) is available at acdev.org forums under Announcements.
This is an alpha release and is unstable, so you may want to wait a little bit before trying it. But if you cannot wait you can download it but I recommend at leaset reading the release notes here.
There have been a number of post with various plugins available. Decal does little without the plugins.

Some peoploe have to clear their cache before they can see new downloads, esp[ecially if they are an old page. Case in point, Eltank's download page. I have to clear my cache everytime...
Of course that doesn't look like what happened here.

Be sure to recognize that it doesn't work with dual client, and even if dual client is not running you must disable injection inside the dual client program.
