Information on if/when new decal releases are available can be found at forums.acdev.org. You should never have to ask the question "is decal version x released yet" because the answer is readily available. CTRL-D is your friend.

have you been able to fix the issue with the XML for Sort it changing when you log in/log out? Or was this a problem unique to me?

Sort it! used to sort salvage in my main pack first by the type of salvage, and then by the work of the salvage. Now it only sorts by the type and the work is scattered all over the place. Anything I can do to fix this?
