I don't know, but I looked several different places for news or information about the new version listed there and couldn't find anything. Given the state of the site, though, even if it's legit it could be compromised.
Edit: the site appears to have been fixed, still no info there about version 3.0 though.

Mayor is the new developer for Meginjarder. Currently, he has an alpha for alpha3. You can get it at http://www.t-e-i-o.com. I have downloaded it, however it does mess up numbers (sample: http://www.fortunesway.com/meginjarder/stats/meginchar.php?charname=Lil%27+Pew ) I haven't seen a new release since the version that I downloaded, and haven't seen very much activity from him. I do wish it'd get functional, so I can finish up my "hack" of meginstats, to work with my forum and Diagro's Quest Timer, instead of the White Mage Quest Timer.

Mayor most likely can't release any further updates as he is using the later decal alpha group builds. Suca, he is indeed the Meginjarder developer now; Thor confirmed it on our boards.

updated meginjarder can be found here. This one supposedly works with alpha5. I haven't checked it out, because I just saw that it's available. Mayor is pretty responsive if you post on his forums.
