Gee, I never knew asking how to contact a utility author was a "no no". Amazing. I'd figure that would fall under the heading of:
How to Use A Specific Utility - If you have questions on how to a specific plugin check the posts at the top of the board (the Stickies) and see if that utility is listed with address, there may be a link information already available.

Looking for A Utility that has a Specific Feature - If you are looking for a utility that has a feature and cannot find it, ask, There may be one available. If not, there may be someone may add it to an existing one.
... and since there is no link to it in the "sticky" it is a valid question.
