This is not a complete archive, time didn't allot us the
opportunity to properly backup the majority of the boards
deemed "expendable". Most boards on this list have at least
20-40 pages archived (non-logged in pages, 15 topics per
page).
Popular boards may have as many as 250 pages archived at 50
topics per page, while others deemed of historical
signifigance may be archived in their entirety.
We may not agree with how the board shutdown was managed, but
we've done what we could to preserve some of its history in
lieu of that.

Well, it is not working.
I downloaded the file from the link provided in the sticky and then i proceeded to install it. Install seemed to go fine. I then started decal, and soon after started the game, no T & E. Logged out of the game and noticed that in decal, it says <No DLL> next to T & E, anyone that can help, I would be most appreciative. Thank you in advance.

My bad, I apparently didn't post that it was a .NET plugin on my site. You need to install the .NET Framework 2.0 then reinstall Decal so that the surrogate & lifetime service get installed. This was also built against alpha4, and with the HUD changes, will not work on alpha3.
