I'm just curious because I lost 32 in 6 months. Just gauging my efficiency of not doing anything special but changing diet and lifting weights in a half-assed routine

I lost about 100 pounds in 6-8 months. Very difficult to do but I did it. I'm still trying to find the balance to keep my weight in-tact and its difficult.

I did cardio in those 3 months, but I'm trying to lose fat now by not doing cardio and doing heavy lifting.
