No matter what the Outpost will now die
A few people will continue to post on IGN/Outpost and some will post on Sinlock/Outpost. People will notice that the posting volume in both places is very low compared to the old Outpost and then they will lose interest. No fun checking for a new post and nothing happens for hours.

I don't think a secluded board will work long term. Because SOME new blood is needed. If for nothing else just to give us someone to make fun of. TBH I could live for weeks just pulling up all the chicky threads on Sinlock's outpost, but I'm not sure that would be neighborly.
